Single use only. SLEEVZ disposable face masks are intended for single use only. Throw each mask away after use, or sooner if it becomes damaged, wet or soiled. Do not wash, disinfect or reuse a mask.
Not medical-grade protection. This product is not a respirator or N95 mask, and it is not intended to replace medical-grade personal protective equipment (PPE). Our company makes no representations about its suitability for limiting the spread of disease or for any other purpose not specifically stated. This product has not been certified or reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is not for use in any surgical setting, in a clinical setting where the risk of infection through inhalation is high, or where significant exposure to liquids, bodily fluids or other hazardous fluids may be expected.
Children. Not for use by children under 2 years of age, or by anyone who is unable to remove the mask without help.
Magnets. Quick Connects contain magnets. Consult your doctor before use if you have a pacemaker, another implanted medical device or a medical condition where magnets could cause problems. Keep magnets away from credit cards, electronic devices and other items that can be affected by magnets.
Choking hazard. Keep masks and Quick Connects away from small children and pets. Small parts and magnets can be a choking hazard and can be dangerous if swallowed. If a magnet is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
Skin irritation. Stop using the product if you experience skin irritation, difficulty breathing or any other discomfort.
Heat and flame. Do not use masks near a high-intensity heat source, open flame or flammable gas. Do not microwave or put in the oven.
Use at your own risk. Use of this product is intended to be in addition to, and not a substitute for, other measures recommended for preventing communicable diseases. Use only as directed. Your use of this product is at your own risk, and our company will be held harmless. If you are unsure whether this product is right for you, consult your physician before use.
