When will my order ship?
All orders that are in stock ship will ship same day if order is placed before 2pm EST. We're doing our best to ship your order as fast as possible! We work fast, so please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your order.
What filters are compatible with SLEEVZ masks?
We recommend using a PM2.5 Filter, which can be purchased here.
How do I wash my mask?
To extend the life of the mask, we strongly suggest you hand wash and lay flat to dry. If you choose to launder in washing machine, we recommend using a garment bag. Be sure to remove filter before washing.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-base basis – such as defects. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving product. Contact us and we’ll try our best to make it right.
What shipping methods are available?
For domestic orders, we ship USPS $4.90, generally transit time for domestic orders is 2-5 days. Orders over $45 receive free shipping.
For Canadian orders, we are shipping via USPS $12, this transit time can take longer due to international transit and customs. Most orders are expected to arrive within 1-4 weeks.
Do these masks work with all eyewear?
SLEEVZ masks work with all kinds of eyewear including prescription, blue-light, sunglasses and safety glasses. Our masks will work with all glasses with temples less than ¾ inch in height when using SLEEVZ to slide on to temples (all masks have this attachment option). If using Quick Connects that come with our GEN2 it will work best with temples less than ½ inch in height.
Can I cancel order?
